
On the banks of the picturesque Vltava Río, the highly anticipated Fairmont Golden Prague officially opened its doors on Tuesday.
The property of 320 rooms, which is located in the famous Parizska Boulevard de Prague and was one of Our most anticipated hotel openings for 2025 -The multimillionaire renewal determined to preserve the original brutalist characteristics such as blown glass candlesticks, golden light accessories and ashes wood posts designed for the first time in the 1970s, said a Hotel Representative to TPG. “The opening of Fairmont Golden Prague is a significant milestone for Fairmont as we continue to increase our presence in Europe,” said Omer Care, executive director of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, in a statement shared with TPG. “Prague is a city with an incredible story to tell, and we are honored to play a role in the preservation of its great heritage. Combining the spirit of celebration of Fairmont with the architectural greatness of the property will bring a new hottelling experience captivating luxury to the capital of Czeco and its innovative concepts of restaurants, a new and exciting new offensive for the culinary scene of the city.”
Fairmont Golden Prague rooms have rich dark wood floors and traditional Czech glass elements. They offer views of the Vltava River, the Ancient History of the Unesco of the city or the patio of the hotel. The property will also include Fairmont Fairmont’s Gold Rooms, which provide guests accessing a private check-in together with the Fairmont Gold Lounge, which includes courtesy breakfast, afternoon tea, night channel and more.
After a day of exploring the city, guests can relax in one of the six bars and restaurants, including the greenhouse of the whole day, which celebrates the culture of Czech beer, complete with views of the river and the castle of Prague. Meanwhile, the area on the roof, Zlata Praha, shows panoramic views of the city beyond.
The spa of more than 15,000 square feet of the hotel will offer an additional dose of Zen thanks to five treatment suites, a quiet garden, a trio of saunas, a steam bath and an interior and outdoor pool in the form of L with heating.
