Now you can preselect your meals in Delta Air Lines of long distance Comfort+ Flights

Delta Air Lines is even more differentiating its Comfort+ cabin On many of its long distance flights. The Atlanta -based airline began to offer food preselection in the additional legs section of its trainers cabins.

Those reserved in Comfort+ on transoceanic and long distance flights in Hawaii with a meal service (with only some exceptions) can be prescribing an option of food options.

Customers will receive an email a week before departure with a link to pre-select their food. Delta said food options will be updated monthly on international flights.

You can click on the link in the email, or you can preselect the food in the Flydelta application from seven days before the flight. Note, the selections must be made within 24 hours prior to the exit.

The email says: “We invite you to see the menu and select your food up to 24 hours before the exit.”

The shortest flights such as those that airports such as Keflavík International Airport in Reykjavik (KEF) and Colombia’s International Airport (BOG) of Colombia do not have the option.

Delta told TPG that it is a movement destined to “raise and differentiate the Comfort+ Client experience.”

“In Delta, we know that our clients value the choice when it comes to their travel experience,” said Stephanie Laster, managing director of culinary experience on board. “This exciting improvement is part of our continuous efforts to offer a better customer experience in the class of the tail.”
